The room was brand new and had a rich breakfast. The staff provided excellent service and the complimentary premium speed Wi-Fi was a nice touch. The location was great, close to Porto's Bakery, Downey 

Truly a lively and modern hotel. Amazing food selection. Fantastic central location, right by restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. The property of choice in Downey.

Great stay for the holidays. Fairly clean hotel in a nice building near embassy suits establishment as well as the LA area. Central location, not too far from Messiah Lutheran Church. Also, to the gift shop. 

Its location relatively close to Club db Lounge was best possible.

The staff here is amazing, super friendly and really helpful. The facilities are top-notch too. The rooms are totally modern and you get some really nice views 🌇.

Comfortable, spacious family rooms ideal for our family. Area great with lots of places to eat and shop close by. Felt safe walking at night and had great road links.

wasn't aware karaoke was on at the weekends. A bit noisy especially for younger families. But it didn't go on too late.

It was clean and the staff were amicable and knowledgeable, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Also, location was favourable and best possible, within walking distance of Club db Lounge. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the 

The hotel offers a separate room with free premium speed Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks. The location of the hotel is marvelous, just a short walk from Studio Movie Grill Downey.

The staff was very helpful when i arrived needing an extra room, since our party grew in size at the last minute. also let us check out ar 6pm for a small fee, rather than paying for a second day

The room service menu was a little outdated. but i understand that is being fixed

The staff was kind and provided excellent service. Separate room with a very large TV and a pullout couch. A huge variety of decent food. Central location with marvelous and particularly nice breakfasts. 

Staff was wonderful, from the guest service rep at the front desk, she was sweet, sorry I forgot her name, but she has long black hair. Highly personable, and very professional, the food was great, the facility was extremely 

The location here is fantastic, situated close to the freeway, the staff members are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are very roomy with super cozy beds and secure.

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. The evening manager hour for free drinks was also nice.

our recent stay at embassy suites was perfect. the clean room, friendly staff, and ideal location exceeded our expectations. we loved the dog-friendly atmosphere and the amazing view from our comfortable room. 

The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Loved the Koi fish and attractive atrium. The rooms were large and had a refrigerator and microwave. Loved the free popcorn at the end of the day.
